Terms & Condition 1. Definitions“Exhibition” and “Event” means Credai Bengal Exhibitions. The “Exhibitor” means any person, firm or organization, which is allocated a space by the organizer in the above said exhibition. The application for exhibit space at Credai Bengal Exhibitions will be treated as a contract with Avant Garde Omnimedia Pvt Ltd and CREDAI Bengal (herein after called as 'Organizer') upon its written acceptance. This is based upon the terms and conditions set forth below, the plan of exhibits, rates, rules and regulations as may be established from time to time and as set forth in exhibitor service manual all of which constitute a part of this contract. 2. Application for Participation All applications for participation should be made in the prescribed form along with an advance of 50% of the total exhibit space rental cost. The submission of the application form shall be deemed to be the confirmation of the participation and full acceptance of the 'Terms and conditions of participation' as stated herein. This application shall become a valid contract upon the organizer accepting the application. The application and confirmation of its receipt does not constitute grounds for any claim for approval, or to any specific location or site of exhibit space. In particular, the Organizer is entitled to implement reductions in the exhibit space applied for if the exhibition area available is over or under subscribed. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or refuse any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. 3. Allotment of Exhibit Space Exhibit space will be allocated to meet the exhibitors preference to maximum possible extent. However the Organizer reserves rights to change the location allotted to the exhibitor at any time prior to the commencement of the exhibition. The decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding on the exhibitor. The exhibit space allotted is non-transferable. Lottery Stall spaces of similar sizes will be allotted by an open lottery which all exhibitors are encouraged to attend and participate. 4. Terms of Payment
5. Residential Property Catalogue Exhibition space ensures free inserts in the Residential Property Catalogue based on the chart provided below. 6. Food and Water Complimentary lunch packets and bottled water for exhibitors will be provided to every stall on all days of the event. Every 9 sq mtr stall will be provided one lunch packet and 2 litres of water and in multiples thereof. 7. Stall fabrication Only qualified and pre approved fabricators will be allowed to work in the exhibition premises. This is to ensure adherence to exhibition guidelines and to avoid delayed completion of the stall fabrication beyond the stipulated time. Exhibitors have to ensure that their respective vendors get in touch with the organizers to get themselves approved. In case of non approval, exhibitors will have to choose a different vendor. 8. Withdrawal by Exhibitor Exhibitor will not be permitted to withdraw from, cancel, alter or reduce in any way their booking in the exhibition. The Organizer may at their discretion allow the exhibitor to withdraw from the exhibition, provided the Exhibitor gives a written notice to the Organizer at least before 60 days prior to the exhibition commencement date. Any request of withdrawal after that date will not be entertained and the advance amount shall be forfeited. 9. Dates and Venue The Organizer shall reserve the right to change the venue, dates, schedules and layout of the event. Any change in terms and conditions for the benefit of the exhibition will be notified to the exhibitors from time to time. 10. Power Exhibitors will get complimentary power based on the following chart * Any additional power requirement will be charged at Rs 500=00 per KW per day. 11. Exhibit Guidelines Exhibitors are required to submit their design at least 10 days in advance. The maximum permissible height is 8 ft. An additional 2 ft height can be used for branding (in an area measuring not more that 25% of the total exhibition space). No fabrication work can block the A.C. vent (refer lay out diagram and contact organizer for clarification). The exhibitor needs to secure the gate passes and clearance certificates from the organizers before they take their exhibits out of the venue. 12. Security & Insurance The Organizer, its directors, trustees, officers, employees and representatives will not be responsible for the safety of articles at the venue. 13. Damage & Compliance The exhibitor shall not cause damage or permit any damage to be done to the exhibition venue or services provided during the exhibition. Exhibitors shall comply with all the rules and regulations, laws laid down by the Organizers of the exhibition and conference. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer's decision will be final. 14. Jurisdiction Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, WB, India. 15. Bare Space NB: The above stall is representative. The organizer provides a bare floor space with electric points. 16. Shell Space The Shell scheme is a pre fabricated stall using octonum systems with the following deliverables. |
